Payment

You can choose the following forms of payment:

If your payment redirected from our store failed, you can try to pay again a bit later. If the problem didn’t disappear, contact us, we'll do our best to help you.

Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 14 days. If you need to save the order for a longer period – contact us. Orders made during clearance sales will be cancelled after 7 days.

Shipping

We ship to every county in the world. Unless otherwise stated all order are shipped via Russian Post priority service. Tracking number is provided in the shipment confirmation letter. Cost of the delivery depends on the package weight and calculating automatically at checkout.

Packing

Orders less than ~130 postcards are packed in high-quality Mail-lite airbubble envelope. Big orders are packed in several layers of bubble film and cartons in waterproof plastic bag.
